Alberto Morillas decided to clean windows for Moschino. In the role of beautiful and seductive house maid was cast Linda Evangelista. In the role of household cleaner we have Moschino Fresh Couture. It all would seem alright if not the fact that scent does not resemble chemical detergent in any way. What is it all about then?
Moschino is a quite young brand, however, it stands out with its progressive and provocative approach. Creative Director of this fashion house is for three years now, designer Jeremy Scott. His first collection for this brand surprised everyone with its originality in 2014. Last project of this brand is an effect of co-operation with the author of scented theme, Alberto Morillas.
How did this co-operation end? You may say – perversely. Moschino released flower-fruit women’s perfume Fresh Couture. The aroma of this product is a very interesting composition. The scents of head are citrus: bergamot orange, tangerine and Malaysian ylang-ylang. The fragrances of heart are: peony, raspberry and osmantus. Base notes combine tree, patchouli and ambroxide. This perfume are truly thoughtful.
However, the most perverse is the way Moschino Fresh Couture was packed and presented. Main role in the advertising campaign plays Linda Evangelista, who takes on the role of house maid. In her hand, she holds bottle, which is the delusion reminiscent of household cleaner with blue colour. Characteristic shape and spray maybe misleading, because in this 100 ml/3.4 fl. oz. are placed perfumes. The spray is just the top and after removing it you will see standard atomiser.
When you see phial of this shape you will rather expect highly chemical scent. Moschino likes playing with contrasts. Original packaging resembling household cleaner juxtapose with scent of the highest value. First citrus note can seem a bit artificial, but then those are replaced by sweet and mild scent of flowers and raspberry. Moschino Fresh Couture is a bull’s eye when it comes to originality and highest quality.
